INTERIM MANAGEMENT/ADMINISTRATION
I am available for any short-term (1 year or less) management or administration position.I can work in any position or capacity while an organization searches for a permanent replacement (one day to one year).
While in any interim management position I will report the following:
- Analyze Climate (Is the organization’s atmosphere conducive for production?)
- Employee Morale
- Identify Problems
I am especially interested in opportunities where the permanent replacement comes from within the organization or opportunities where decision-makers are open to promoting an employee after working under my tutelage. I can always continue as a consultant/advisor to provide support and growth development with a promoted employee.
